Welcome to Better Greens. By accessing or using our website (www.bettergreens.co.nz) and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products & Orders

• All products are grown to order to ensure peak freshness.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
• Orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, Better Greens will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website. Payment must be made in full before delivery.
• Payment is accepted via the website's payment gateway.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be processed.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Order by Monday morning for following week Local Delivery (free delivery on orders over $22):

Domestic Deliveries (home orders):

• Whangamata, Waihi Beach & Waihi — Thursday

Commercial Deliveries (cafés, restaurants, retailers):
• Whangamata, Waihi Beach & Waihi — Thursday
• Whitianga, Pauanui, Hahei & Tairua — Friday

First time order? We'll get in touch to confirm the best delivery spot.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• If a product is damaged or not delivered as expected, please contact us immediately at info@bettergreens.co.nz. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

6. Privacy & Personal Information

• Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By placing an order, you consent to the use of your personal information for order processing and communication.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Better Greens Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or purchase of products.
• Liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
