2. Products & Orders

• All products are grown to order to ensure peak freshness.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
• Orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, Better Greens will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website. Payment must be made in full before delivery.
• Payment is accepted via the website's payment gateway.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be processed.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Freshly harvested microgreens are delivered weekly:
  • Whangamatā & Waihi Beach: Orders over $20 delivered every Thursday.
  • Tairua, Whitianga & Thames: Orders over $25 delivered every Friday.
• Delivery costs are listed on each product page; orders above the minimum value qualify for free delivery.
• We cannot guarantee same-day or last-minute delivery; orders received after cut-off times will be scheduled for the following week.
• Microgreens are perishable; Better Greens is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• If a product is damaged or not delivered as expected, please contact us immediately at [Insert email]. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

6. Privacy & Personal Information
